Are posts included?
Our kits do not include posts, as they are not always necessary. If you already have posts in place, installation is possible without adding any additional materials. For those who need them, we offer value packs with compatible posts. To ensure a safe and stable installation of the sliding gate, the posts must be at least 175 cm high and at least 15 cm wide.
How should I maintain my aluminum product?
Aluminum requires very little maintenance. To maintain its shine and durability, clean it once or twice a year with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly, and avoid abrasive products or high-pressure cleaning, which could damage the powder coating.

EIFEL powder-coated aluminum posts have been specially designed for the installation of swing gates, sliding gates, or wickets.
The practical cap on our EIFEL posts is easy to install and remove, allowing you to run electrical wires through them if you need to motorize your gate or wicket, or to install motorized accessories (flashing lights, photocells, etc.).
This 15x15cm EIFEL post, measuring 190cm high, is suitable for all aluminum gates and wickets up to 180cm high.

Tips:
Gate weight less than 80 kg: You can secure your post by screwing the post mounting plate to the ground (bolts included in our kits)*
Gate weight over 80 kg: It is recommended to concrete and reinforce the EIFEL post to strengthen it (see technical diagram).
* For hollow posts, we recommend securing the plate using 10x120 mm anchor bolts for a stronger and more secure attachment. For concrete-covered posts, you can easily secure your post using the bolts included in our kits.
