What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

Payment pending, what does this mean?

This large-format package combines the PIANA 4x3m attached bioclimatic pergola and two VADA 180cm side awnings to generously cover your space. The PIANA range is distinguished by its refined anthracite grey RAL 7016 finish and its contemporary design, conceived to enhance home facades. Attached to the existing structure, it utilizes the existing framework for a stable and integrated installation. With 180cm wide awnings and 12m² of covered area, this package offers complete protection and a functional outdoor living space.

About the materials: Powder-coated aluminum is the primary material in this package, used for both the structure of the attached pergola and the VADA blind cassettes. Rustproof and lightweight, it guarantees exceptional resistance to humidity, UV rays, and temperature variations. The epoxy-coated steel slats ensure the rigidity of the 12 m² roof. The 420 g/m² textilene blind fabric completes the package with remarkable durability and 85% solar shading efficiency.

Maintenance and upkeep: This package requires minimal maintenance thanks to the quality of its materials. To keep powder-coated aluminum in good condition, cleaning twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth is sufficient. Rinse thoroughly and dry to avoid streaks. Textilene blind fabrics should be cleaned with clean water, without chemicals. No abrasive or high-pressure cleaning should be performed on painted or powder-coated surfaces to preserve their finish and durability.
