What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 4x3m bioclimatic attached pergola is the largest model in the attached range, covering a generous 12 m² area directly attached to your facade. Its contemporary anthracite grey design blends elegantly with any architectural style. This premium package includes 3 VENTO privacy louvers to fully enclose one 3m side. You thus benefit from a large, completely private outdoor space: protected from prying eyes, wind, and UV rays, while remaining naturally ventilated thanks to the adjustable louvers. About the materials

This premium, large-format package combines a lean-to pergola in powder-coated aluminum with three VENTO louvered frames in galvanized steel and aluminum. The powder-coated aluminum of the main structure offers natural corrosion resistance and exceptional durability, essential for a 12 m² surface exposed to the elements. The epoxy-coated steel roof slats reinforce the overall strength. The three louvered frames, in galvanized steel and aluminum slats, perfectly complement this package with robust, durable, and aesthetically pleasing side protection.

Maintenance of your pergola and shutters
For the powder-coated aluminum pergola, cleaning once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth is sufficient to preserve the powder coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry carefully after each cleaning. For the 3 VENTO shutters, occasional rinsing with clean water between the aluminum slats maintains their appearance and matte sandblasted finish. Avoid abrasive products and high-pressure washing of the entire structure.
