What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 3x3m attached bioclimatic pergola offers a generous 9 m² of space, ideal for creating a true outdoor living room attached to your facade. This premium package includes 3 VENTO privacy louvers to completely enclose one side of your pergola. This provides you with a fully private space: invisible from the outside, protected from wind and UV rays, yet still well-ventilated. The most complete package in the PIANA attached pergola range for transforming your patio into a true living space.

About the materials: This premium package combines the best materials for maximum durability. The powder-coated aluminum pergola structure is naturally corrosion-resistant and requires very little maintenance. The epoxy-coated steel roof slats ensure exceptional robustness. The 3 VENTO louvers, made of galvanized steel and aluminum, perfectly complement this set, offering durable and attractive side protection. The whole system forms a cohesive, premium outdoor installation designed to last for many years.

Maintaining your pergola and louvers: For the pergola, clean the powder-coated structure once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, rinse, and dry. For the 3 VENTO louvers, occasional cleaning with clean water between the slats is sufficient to preserve the matte, sandblasted finish of the aluminum. Absolutely avoid abrasive products, metal sponges and high-pressure jets which could irreparably damage the finishes of the materials.
