What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA range: lean-to pergola with double side protection
The PIANA 3x3m lean-to bioclimatic pergola combines a large covered area with a clean design to transform your patio into a year-round living space. This package includes two VENTO privacy louvers, offering partial yet effective side protection. The two panels create a barrier against prying eyes and wind over a large portion of the side, while still allowing you to adjust the opening to suit your needs. The ideal compromise between privacy and openness to the outdoors.

Its steel roof slats with epoxy paint offer remarkable robustness for intensive outdoor use. The two VENTO louvers incorporate a galvanized steel frame and aluminum slats, two materials renowned for their outdoor reliability. The combination offers a perfect balance between modern aesthetics and long-term technical performance.

Maintaining your pergola and louvers: The powder-coated aluminum pergola can be easily cleaned once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly to preserve the powder coating. The two VENTO louvers can be cleaned with clean water, rinsing between the slats to remove dust or pollution deposits. Avoid all abrasive or corrosive products as well as high-pressure cleaning on the entire structure.
