What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

A motorized patio awning: the perfect balance between protection and comfort

The semi-cassette awning is an ideal solution for effectively protecting the fabric while maintaining a harmonious design. When the awning is retracted, the fabric is partially sheltered by a cassette, protecting it from the elements while leaving part of the arms visible. This compromise guarantees excellent longevity of the installation while maintaining a modern aesthetic.

Equipped with a high-performance motorization, the awning fabric can be extended or retracted in less than a minute, using a remote control. Its adjustable tilt from 30° to 100° is easily adjusted to protect your space from the sun throughout the day. Thanks to its solar sensor, the awning opens automatically depending on the sunlight. Also equipped with a wind sensor (also called an anemometer), it retracts in case of strong winds. This device guarantees optimal protection for your installation and helps extend its lifespan.

The powder-coated aluminum structure of the semi-cassette awning guarantees optimal corrosion resistance and exceptional durability. The high-density polyester fabric (320 g/m²), UV-resistant (SPF 50+), provides effective sun protection and excellent moisture resistance thanks to its water-repellent treatment. Its robustness is ideal for extended use, even in conditions of frequent sun exposure.

How to clean an awning?

To maintain the performance of the motor and fabric, it is recommended to retract the awning in case of strong winds or heavy rain. Maintenance is simple: periodic cleaning with soapy water is sufficient to maintain the shine and strength of the awning.

About installation

Some outdoor installations may require planning permission, depending on the surface area or the current local urban planning regulations. With our awnings, these procedures are not necessary. However, a quick check with the local council is still recommended.

The junction box is not included.
