Swing gate automation RANGER B150

The RANGER B150 actuator is ideal for motorizing swing gates up to 4 meters long and weighing up to 300 kg (i.e., 2 meters and 150 kg maximum per leaf).

Specially designed for swing gates, this actuator allows you to motorize any type of swing gate, whether new or existing, made of iron, aluminum, PVC, or wood.

Its simple and discreet design allows you to enjoy an easy-to-use electric gate without compromising the aesthetics of your gate or detracting from your exterior.

This actuator consists of two actuator arms, each designed to motorize each leaf of your gate.
The pistons located inside the actuators extend to close the gate and retract to open it.

Supplied with clear and detailed installation instructions, you can motorize your gate quickly and easily! Our installation instructions have been designed to guide you step by step through the proper operation of your automation system, using clear instructions accompanied by illustrations to facilitate your understanding.

This video has been specially designed to guide you through each step of installing your motor.

This kit contains:
- 2 motors with an electrical voltage of 24 Volts / 40 Watts
- A control box
- A central gate stop
- 2 post mounting brackets allowing for multiple opening angle configurations
- 2 mounting brackets to attach your motor to your swing gate
- 2 4-button remote controls with protective flaps (batteries included)
- A set of screws to attach your motor to your posts/pillars, the control box, and the base plate

Accessories not included with the B150 motor:

- LED flashing light (Available in our "Motor Accessories" category)
- Photocells (Available in our "Motor Accessories" category)
- Hardware for attaching the motor to the gate.
These hardware must be adapted to each gate type and chosen according to the thickness of your gate.
For Casanoov Swing gates, we recommend attaching your motor arms with Rivkle blind rivets between 8 and 12 mm long. The mounting bracket must be positioned on the reinforced slats provided for this purpose on all our swing gates and wickets.

RANGER B150 motor features:

- Inward and outward opening
- Opening angle between 90° and 110°
- The opening angle is determined by your installation requirements. (You will find all the installation instructions in the instructions, which can be downloaded freely from the product page)
- Manual motor release in the event of a power outage
- Retracted product length: 80 cm
- Open product length: 106 cm
- Arm working length: 35 cm
- Arm opening speed: 1.6 cm/second, or approximately 22 seconds
- Internal rotation speed: 200 RPM (Revolutions per minute)
- Opening performance can vary using the soft opening and closing mode
- The opening and closing speed, as well as the drive power, can be adjusted to 20 different positions
- After opening, the gate can close automatically, depending on your chosen time interval, between 0 and 99 seconds
- Pedestrian mode: You can choose to open only one of the two leaves
- Rain protection class: IP 55
- Weight of each motor: 13 kg
- Operating temperature: -45°C to +50°C
- Thrust force: 2090N to 2190N
- Electrical connection power between your home and the motor: 20VAC ±10% / 110VAC ±10%
- Auto-stop function: If your gate encounters an obstacle, the gate automatically stops opening or closing.

You can add external accessories with a 24V operating power, such as photocells, flashing lights, backup batteries, magnetic or electric locks, or push buttons.

The gate stop should be used if you have a tilting gate stop for a manual gate. When you motorize your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stop does not hold it back. Your motorization will lock and secure your swing gate.

Installation tips:

Always check that your installation distances are included in the installation table. Installation distances determine the opening angle of your gate.

Keypad for gate automation TOUCH

The TOUCH digital code can be installed on any sliding or swing gate motor. The backlit touchscreen offers a contemporary design. Installation and programming are easy to configure (see instructions).

The FLASH signal light connects to your swing or sliding gate motor to indicate the opening and closing of your automatic gate.

Gate motor remote CLICK

The remote control is compatible with all swing and sliding gate motors. It is interference-resistant and operates at a frequency of 433.92 MHz. The black cover slides open, hiding the remote control buttons and preventing accidental pressing.
Waterproof casing.

This kit contains:

Designed to last, it features a waterproof casing and operates on a 12V battery.
It remains operational even in extreme conditions, from -20°C to +60°C.

Compact and discreet, it measures only 54.5 x 30 x 13 mm. Easy to slip into a pocket or attach to a keychain, it goes everywhere with you.


2 photocells for gate motorization PHOTOCELL 07

Electrical compatibility is:

Operating distance between infrared photocells:
- 50 cm (0.5 meters) minimum
- 12 meters maximum
- The minimum mounting height from the ground must be greater than 20cm

The XXL infrared lens and its electronic board can be adjusted from 0 to 90°.
This adjustment gives you more flexibility in your installation.
However, please ensure perfect horizontal alignment so that the powerful infrared light can be emitted and received between the two photocells. Operating temperature: -20°C to approximately +70°C
Waterproof rating: IP45
Recommended wiring is at least 0.5mm²
Dimensions:
