The composite retains its uniform appearance despite temperature variations and exposure to humidity. It won't rot or crack like natural wood when exposed to the elements. Its surface therefore remains consistent without the need for extensive renovation. The aluminum, naturally rust-resistant and protected by powder coating, contributes to the frame's strength and the durability of the joints.

Stability is one of the main advantages of a composite gate. The composite slats absorb very little moisture and limit the movement that can disrupt the alignment of a wooden structure. They maintain a warm appearance without the risk of rot. The powder-coated aluminum frame complements this durability with its rigidity and resistance to external elements. The result is ideal for projects where the material's consistency is as important as its appearance.
Unlike a wooden gate, this model requires neither sanding nor periodic treatment. To remove dust, pollen, or dirt, clean the composite slats with warm water and a mild detergent. Then rinse the infill and the aluminum frame. Occasional checks of the guide and closing mechanisms are a useful addition to this routine maintenance. Cleaning in the spring and fall is generally a good starting point, but this can be adjusted according to the environment.

The practical cap on our EIFEL posts is easy to install and remove, allowing you to run electrical wires through them if you need to motorize your gate or wicket, or to install motorized accessories (flashing lights, photocells, etc.).
This 15x15cm EIFEL post, measuring 166cm high, is suitable for all aluminum gates and wickets up to 140cm high.

Tips:
Gate weight less than 80 kg: You can secure your post by screwing the post mounting plate to the ground (bolts included in our kits)*
Gate weight over 80 kg: It is recommended to concrete and reinforce the EIFEL post to strengthen it (see technical diagram).
* For hollow posts, we recommend securing the plate using 10x120 mm anchor bolts for a stronger and more secure attachment.
For concrete-covered posts, you can easily secure your post using the bolts included in our kits.
Compatible with all CASANOOV gates and wickets with a height of 140 cm.
The 15x15 cm EIFEL post is available in a height of 190 cm and in a matte white color.
